After completing her medical studies Carrie moved to Melbourne, Australia where she lived for 5 years. There she owned and practiced at Your Natural Path and additionally was a program manager and faculty at a highly regarded natural therapies college. Carrie moved back to America in 2014 to meld her practice of naturopathy and midwifery. She loves having the privilege of supporting women during Pregnancy, childbirth and throughout their lives – helping them and their families achieve the level of wellness they deserve.

Melanie Clarke - Reflexologist
Since I was a young girl, I have had a fascination with the science and art which makes up the body. I have a Medical Scientist background, with 10 years of work experience in biochemistry, which gives me a very unique perspective of the body and its internal workings.
I received my Diploma of Reflexology from the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation (ASRR) in 2008 and started in private practice creating Assisting Soles. I also taught reflexology with the ASRR for 5 years.
I moved to Maine in 2014. I love the Maine way of life. People are so friendly here, a very sharing and caring community. I love the emphasis on natural, local and sustainable.
People often ask me why I got into Reflexology. Where do I begin....The two main reasons are I had experienced incredible health benefits from reflexology first hand and I have always had a natural feel for intuitive bodywork....I want to share this healing therapy with others and teach them how to heal themselves. Everyone has an amazing ability to heal themselves and given the encouragement and space, we can all develop our skills and style.
There is so much stress and tension in our daily lives and we all need some support to help release and ground. Reflexology is an amazing tool for this.
