Carrie Werner, N.D., C.PM.

Dr. Carrie Werner is a Naturopathic doctor and midwife. She grew up in Connecticut and completed her bachelors degree in Psychology in Washington DC. Carrie spent two and a half years in Honduras as public health volunteer in the Peace Corps and loved living a simpler, more natural way of life. Carrie attended the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon where she earned her Naturopathic medical degree and completed an apprenticeship in Naturopathic midwifery. After completing her medical studies Carrie moved to Melbourne, Australia where she lived for 5 years.  There she owned and practiced at Your Natural Path and additionally was a program manager and faculty at a highly regarded natural therapies college.  Carrie moved back to America in 2014 to meld her practice of naturopathy and midwifery. She loves having the privilege of supporting women during Pregnancy, childbirth and throughout their lives – helping them and their families achieve the level of wellness they deserve.

Carrie is passionate about empowering her patients in their healthcare and is dedicated to supporting them in their journey to optimal wellness. She is committed to meeting people where they’re at in their journey and providing support that fits into their lifestyle. Tristian Rowe N.D.

Dr. Tristian Rowe is a licensed naturopathic doctor, community advocate, and innovator. Having a belief that our connection with nature is the foundation to health, he works with each individual to find a personalized healthcare plan that truly meets their needs.

Tristian grew up in Southern Maine in the Gray-New Gloucester area. He attended the University of New England in Biddeford for his undergraduate degree, specializing in Environmental Communications. Having the wonderful opportunity to connect with the land and his local area, he helped build community resiliency by supporting nonprofits and programs like the Heart of Biddeford and the Saco River Estuary Project. It was in this space that he truly recognized the connection between the environment that we live in and our overall health. This includes his passion for environmental medicine, Lyme disease, illness from mold exposure, heavy metals and allergies.

His medical education was at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. There he had the wonderful opportunity to be trained by the world’s leading experts in natural medicine at primary care and integrative medicine clinics throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Tristian has supported a variety of projects and organizations throughout the years in business, nonprofits, and tech. Some recent accomplishments include supporting health startups such as Noom in scaling to a national brand, assisting MaineHealth with community healthcare solutions, and being featured in online journals for his innovative ecological approach to healthcare.

Dr. Rowe cares deeply for his patients to ensure they feel heard and recognized at each visit. The integrative wellness journey is unique for each person and the path should be walked together. With customized testing options, tailored nutritional planning, and natural treatment options, the support of each person is woven into all visits.

Seeing patients in general practice, Dr. Rowe works with individuals with mostly all healthcare concerns such as autoimmune conditions, hormone balancing, cardiovascular disease, fatigue, pediatric cases, and more. He does have a few areas of specialty that include:

  • Gastrointestinal, digestive and microbiome support

  • Diabetes and blood sugar regulation

  • Environmental toxins, heavy metals, and mold

  • Lyme Disease and Tick-borne illness

  • Oncology support

  • Thyroid conditions

If you trace a solution far enough, it usually always leads to connection and nature.

Briana Coffin, BCST, LMT

Welcome! My name is Briana Coffin (she/her) and I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist offering sessions from my office in Bath, Maine along the beautiful Kennebec River.  Born and raised in Maine, I am grateful to still call this beautiful landscape home. I live with my spouse and two children on Georgetown Island, comforted by the presence of the surrounding ocean water and her many rhythms.

I graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 2006 with a B.A. in Anthropology.  I am a member of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Association of North America as well as Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  I received 700+ hours training as a craniosacral therapist through TurtleBack Craniosacral Education in upstate New York.  I have practiced bodywork for 10 years with a background in massage therapy, polarity therapy, and Reiki.  In hopes of maintaining a beginner’s mind I engage in ongoing training, both in-person and online, offered through the above-mentioned organizations which provide access to teachings by the world’s leading minds in the fields of both Craniosacral Therapy, Osteopathy, and other holistic care practices.  The style of care I provide is influenced by years of studying an array of material from both the scientific and spiritual realms.  More often than not, I find that these two worlds are undeniably inseparable.  Teachings from a blend of Eastern and Western spirituality and medicine, literature, poetry, quantum physics, and more have guided my own practice in mindfulness and mediation that are essential to the time shared with each client I meet.
